How this site earns
Last updated 2026-10-27.
TenantWise is free to use. It earns modestly, and this page says exactly how. Every paid route on the site sits beside the free one, and the free one comes first.
The partner solicitor
One partner solicitor firm, regulated by the Law Society of Ireland, receives the enquiries sent through the form; it is named here and on the form once it has approved being named. The firm pays a fixed monthly sponsorship that does not vary with the number of enquiries or their outcome (Solicitors Act 1954, section 62). Nothing on this site is drafted for reward: the letter builder is free and generic.
Affiliate links
Where a page carries an affiliate link (certified translations on the work-permit guide; tenant contents insurance and utility switching on the moving-in pages once a partner is signed), it is labelled, the official or free comparison sits beside it, and the site earns a commission at no extra cost to you. Nothing renders until an agreement is signed.
What the site does not do
- No landlord services, letting-agent referrals or notice generators.
- No paid letters, deposit-alternative products or rent-guarantee insurance sold to tenants.
- No “no win no fee” wording, no success rates, no outcome as an inducement.
- No paid placement in the free-route strip, ever. Threshold, FLAC, MABS and the Community Action Tenants Union are linked because they are the right answer.
- No display advertising on the eviction, arrears or emergency pages.
The sister sites
Links to StampWise, MortgageWise, EmploymentWise and the other family sites carry no fee and no label beyond this page: every site is the owner’s. See the about page.
